ABOUT THE PRESENTATION:
The Financial History of Loudoun County

Did you know that the Loudoun County Clerk of the Circuit Court Office has a historic records collection that dates back to 1757?

Join LEPC as our special guest speaker, Gary Clemens, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Loudoun County will be sharing how valuable these records are and how rare they are in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He will also share how these records provide insights on the financial status of the county and the finances of individuals dating back to colonial times.ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
The Honorable Gary M. Clemens has served as Clerk of the Circuit Court for Loudoun County since January 2000.

As the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mr. Clemens serves as the recorder of deeds and probate judge, issues marriage licenses, and is the official court administrator for all civil and criminal court cases. In this latter capacity, the Clerk creates and maintains all court files and records, prepares court orders and jury lists, contacts jurors, and issues summons and court processes.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 55th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on Friday, January 20, 2023 at The National Conference Center. We honored top community leaders as well as celebrate the success of the 2022 Board of Directors Chair, Shawn Mitchell, owner of Modern Mechanical. We will also welcomed in our 2023 Board and the new Chair Carol Barbe, owner of Backflow Technology.
