Finding What Matters in Marketing
There are over 9,000 marketing and sales technologies available today and the amount of data they capture is doubling every two years. With so much noise it can be easy to lose focus on what matters. In this brief presentation we will review the importance of finding your identity, building strategy (not tactics), and measuring what matters. Regardless of your title or level, there are core best practices we should all follow and better questions to ask when it comes to marketing.

Jeremy is the Chief Marketing Officer at YHB, a public accounting firm with over 300 team members spread throughout their 11 locations in Virginia and Maryland. At YHB he oversees the firm’s strategic marketing, business development and communication efforts. In addition to working closely with firm leadership, Jeremy regularly works to develop younger staff and assists with training and development. Additionally, Jeremy volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and serves on committees for the Association for Accounting Marketing and local Chamber marketing groups.

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 55th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on Friday, January 20, 2023. We honored top community leaders as well as celebrate the success of the 2022 Board of Directors Chair, Shawn Mitchell. Chamber Classic
On Monday, August 21, 2023, the 41st Annual Chamber Classic will be held at The Club at Creighton Farms. This event has been Loudoun County’s premier business golf tournament for four decades. The Chamber Classic offers our sponsors tremendous marketing exposure, and an incomparable day of golf on this Jack Nicklaus designed course. Sponsorships are available!
