Many of us want to adopt healthier lifestyles that lead to happier, more fulfilling and productive lives. We’ve also learned, sometimes the hard way, that with any lifestyle change, the right attitude is the biggest determinant of our success or failure.

At this Health & Wellness Initiative program, you will gain access to the information and support you need to adopt and maintain a healthy mindset and lifestyle that can best support your health, wellness and healing.

Our speakers Andrea Johnson, Greg Lutton and Jaclyn O’Brien have all experienced an awakening in their lives that changed their personal mindsets, and ultimately their wellness.  As over-scheduled business owners with families, they understand how hard it can be to take those first steps to breaking the barriers holding you back!

Their insight will benefit anyone who wants to:

  • Improve their mental wellness
  • Increase their productivity and creativity
  • Identify the resources to enhance their workplace wellness
