DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the arrival of spring in Leesburg with Flower &amp\; 
 Garden Week\, a community-wide program taking place April 11th–19th\, le

 h-19th). Throughout the week\, local businesses will offer a variety of fl
 ower- and garden-themed promotions\, events\, and seasonal specials across
  downtown and beyond.\n\nFrom floral-inspired menus and hands-on classes t
 o shopping experiences and family-friendly activities\, Flower &amp\; Gard
 en Week is a great way to explore Leesburg\, support local businesses\, an
 d enjoy the beauty of the season.\n\nFlower &amp\; Garden Week is April 11
 th - 19th\n\nApril 11–19 – Gruto’s Soft Serve\nCelebrate spring with
  a seasonal Cherry Blossom soft serve at Gruto’s. This limited-time flor
 al-inspired flavor is the perfect sweet treat during Flower &amp\; Garden 
 Week.\n\nApril 11–19 – MOCATINAS\nMOCATINAS will celebrate Flower &amp
 \; Garden Week with Spring Cones &amp\; Flowers\, a seasonal offering feat
 uring fresh macarons inspired by spring florals and garden flavors\, paire
 d with their signature loose-leaf teas and specialty café drinks. They wi

 e online tour app\, where participants can earn digital badges along the w
 ay. After completing the activity\, visitors can stop by the library durin
 g open hours to claim a prize. Starting April 11\, the library will also p
 resent The Botanical World and Seeds of Loudoun\, a garden-themed exhibit 
 featuring materials from local garden clubs and related historical collect
 ions. On Saturday\, April 18\, the Friends of Thomas Balch Library will ho
