The 81st Annual Ladies Board Rummage Sale will be held on Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Morven Park Equestrian Center, 41580 Sunday Morning Lane along Rt. 15 north of Leesburg, VA. Admission is free during regular sale hours. Doors will open from 8 – 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, for Early Bird ticket holders. Back by popular demand, the Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, October 19.
Named the 2016 Annual Tourism Event of the Year in Loudoun and named Best Annual Charity Event in Northern Virginia for three consecutive years (2017, 2016 and 2015) by Virginia Living magazine, the Rummage Sale draws shoppers from the entire mid-Atlantic region. This more than 55,000 square foot bargain shopping extravaganza offers almost everything imaginable: antiques, collectibles, books, furniture, clothing and accessories for the entire family, tools, sports and exercise equipment, small appliances, household items and décor, designer labels, electronics, holiday items, jewelry, and toys.
Tickets for the Early Bird entrance, which includes premium parking, are $15 in advance and $20 at the door and are needed for anyone 12 years or older before
10 a.m. Saturday. Early Bird tickets will be available in July at www.LadiesBoard.org or at one of the following Leesburg stores: Twice Is Nice thrift shop, 305 E. Market Street; The Gift Shop at Inova Loudoun Hospital, 44045 Riverside Parkway; and the Black Shutter Antique Shop, 1 Loudoun Street, SW. Early Bird ticket proceeds benefit the Polly Clemens Nursery Fund, a project dedicated to special needs at Inova Loudoun Hospital’s Nursery.
