32nd Annual Leesburg Classic Car Show

Leesburg, VA, April 24, 2018—Hundreds of street rods, muscle cars and classics (1993 and older) will be on display in the heart of beautiful downtown historic Leesburg from 5:00 – 9:00 pm on Saturday, June 2, 2018.

Local businesses are gearing up for the THOUSANDS of guests expected to attend the event.  Every year people come from all over the Mid-Atlantic region to marvel at the fantastic display of classics and participate in the festivities.  The Loudoun Times-Mirror named the Leesburg Classic Car Show one of the Best Family Friendly events of 2017.

This event is renowned for the trophies that are individually conceptualized and hand-crafted by local students at Monroe Technology Center (MTC). While the cars are a focal point, the specially made trophies are highly coveted works of art.

This fun, family-friendly event requests a minimum donation of $3 supporting MTC and is greatly appreciated. MTC is a hidden gem – It is a Loudoun County Public School set in Leesburg with over 26 areas of study offered. Students have the opportunity for dual-enrollment and the ability to obtain industry-specific certifications.  Through rigorous instruction and the use of tools, technology and work experience students prepare for colleges or careers of their choice.

Proceeds of the car show are critical to the many programs offered by Monroe.  The funds provide vital equipment, materials, educational trips and scholarships for students.

The Car Show Committee greatly appreciates the generous sponsors: Country Buick GMC, Caliber Collision, Interstate Moving | Relocation | Logistics; Battery Warehouse, Catoctin Automotive, The Tire Shop, BAPS Paint and the Cobra Car Club.  Business partners that are working to produce the event include: Capitol TV Productions, Historic Downtown Leesburg Association and Loudoun County Public Schools. This is truly a community event.

Please note: this year, the classic cars will be staged at FRANCES HAZEL REID ELEMENTARY SCHOOL at 800 North King Street in Leesburg. Leesburg Police Department are assisting to provide an improved staging process.
