A Benefit of Membership

Chamber Weekly Enews Submissions:
As a benefit of your Chamber membership, member news and announcements are placed in the Enews weekly, covering everything from a grand opening to a seminar to a new product launch. The Enews is sent to more than 2500 Loudoun County business leaders each week on Monday!

The Chambers Editorial Team is committed to helping members effectively communicate their message. To that end,we advise you to follow these simple guidelines when submitting news and announcements for inclusion in the Enews.

Format:
Each entry should consist of approximately 2 – 3 lines of key information. Submissions should be sent in a paragraph format, via email, to marketing@loudounchamber.org . All content will be subject to editing at the discretion of the Editorial Team. Make sure that your announcement contains vital information, such as, location, date, time, cost,
contact, web & email address, etc.

Sample Entry:
The Caribbean Fish Shack Poolside at the <Business Name> will be held on September 14, from 5:30pm – 8:00pm. We invite you and your friends to join us for a complimentary spectacular Caribbean feast Featuring Live Island Music. Please call <contact name> at (703.000.000) or e-mail at <email address> with any questions.

Deadline:
All copy is due by Wednesday at 5 p.m. Member news and announcements are placed in the Enews on a space available basis.

Timeline:
The Editorial Team will make every attempt to run your information in the Enews within three weeks of the event, provided the information is submitted in a timely manner.

Exclusivity:
Because this is an exclusive benefit of membership, only current members in good standing of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce are permitted to submit information for the Enews.
