2009 Strategic Plan
In January 2009, the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce embarked on a Strategic Planning Initiative to chart the strategic direction for Northern Virginia's largest, most dynamic chamber of commerce over the next 3-5 years.
Our top priority with this Strategic Planning Initiative is to develop a plan for improving and maintaining the valuable programs, services and leadership that the Loudoun County Chamber is known for and which our members demand.
Among the Committee's first actions is to develop a member/stakeholder survey to test the membership's attitudes about the Chamber, and to create a strategy for benchmarking the Loudoun Chamber's performance against other "peer" chambers - those similar in size, budget and mission - across the nation.
