The Mixer Host’s responsibilities include:

  • Food & beverages for attendees (an ABC Liquor license is MANDATORY)
  • Site must be ADA compliant & accommodate up to 100 guests
  • Site must be located in Loudoun County and host must be a current Chamber member

The Chamber’s responsibilities include:

  • Marketing event to members via weekly Enews, website & at other Chamber events
  • Manage RSVP’s & update host on number of attendees
  • Coordinate a brief presentation by Chamber Executive at Mixer
  • Provide to host a copy of all business cards collected at Registration
