The Trade Show is the premier Loudoun Chamber event held each year to promote the businesses of Loudoun and the surrounding area. It is also one of three largest non-dues income generating events that helps the Chamber fuel its growth and provide economic stability. The Chamber will constantly strive to make its Trade Show the "best" in the Northern Virginia region.

Objectives:
The objective of the Trade Show is to provide a forum for marketing and sales of products and services by the participants:

• Provide a forum for business to business connection
• Provide a forum for business to consumer connection
• Provide a location for the trade show to maximize participation and show traffic
• Provide a theme for the trade show set according to a national and local business marketing focus reflecting signs of the times.
• Provide funding through sponsorships and booth sales to participants
• Provide maximum exposure for participants and simultaneously provide a fun and festive atmosphere.

VIRTUAL REALTY TOUR (VRT)

Objective:
Plan and stage a video tour of Loudoun County's premier commercial real estate assets, with a focus on sponsor development and project/property selection.

ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC

Chair: Phil Collins, (703) 723.6747 

Objectives:
Provide opportunity to bring together the local business community and four local charities, in a high quality, corporate entertainment event.

Provide opportunity to foster, demonstrate and to be recognized for good corporate citizenship to a variety of constituencies.

Provide opportunity to increase the visibility of the charities and the work they do in our local community.

This tournament will be held at Belmont Golf and Club, in Leesburg, Virginia. The event will include breakfast, a golf clinic, box lunch, tournament packages for participants, photographs, prizes, awards reception following play and media attention.

Participation will be limited to 30 foursomes. Teams of four will be flighted based on indices of ability and the teams will compete against all others in their respective flight.

Media will include PSA type announcements in Leesburg Today, The Loudoun Times Mirror, WAGE Radio, Cablevision of Loudoun, and Washington Golf Magazine, as well as direct mail to the Chamber's list of 2,000 names and to the mailing list for each of the Charities.
