6th Annual Loudoun Green Business Award Winners Announced at Awards Reception
The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce honored 66 participants and winners of the Sixth Annual Loudoun Green Business Challenge at the 2015 Loudoun Green Business Awards Reception at REHAU headquarters, Thursday, November 5th. Businesses were honored for their achievements in environmental sustainability, ranging from small businesses to titans of industry to cutting edge leaders in organic farming. The Loudoun Green Business Challenge launched in 2010 to recognize businesses, and non-profits and government agencies, for their efforts to adopt environmentally sustainable systems and policies, and to provide information to other organizations to help them “Go Green.” Since then, more than 250 businesses and other organizations have participated in the Green Business Challenge.
